• I used to turn my phone off at night. Occasionally, in the morning when I turned it on it couldn't find or sync. with my watch. Now I leave the phone on at night, muted, that seems to have solved the problem

• Hi there , If you are talking about the Alarm there is no need to keep the phone on to Vibrate and you can adjust vibrate strength in the Zepp App for the watch. Kieron | Amazfit Support
