Hi there, 
      Yes, the result are synced to the Zepp App to give you a detailed analysis f you time slept, REM sleep , Light sleep and Deep Sleep.

Yes. The data is shown on the phone app.and includes an overall sleep score. It’s actually a lot like the report I get from my Cpap machine. There’s the additional function of asking your pre sleep state and wake up mood with easy to select icons. The data is easily found using the ‘sleep’ icon on the bottom icon row. I included the daily, weekly, and monthly review below. There is also a year review. I only included the top of the page. There is more below.
