• There is an option in setting for that. I don't use metrics either.

• Hi Grammybear, sorry I am not understanding the question. Metrics is a method of measuring something, or the results obtained from this. So the watch's sensors are automatically measuring for your health metrics like steps, sleep, heart rate, and SpO2 to name a few. You can adjust any of the settings for this on the Zepp app. Michael | Amazfit Support
