• Yes, it's amazing. Can track your total steps, you can set up your total walking goals, can monitor your sleeping patterns, so in morning you can view the times slept, awaken, light & deep sleep & REM (rapid eye movement) which is the dreaming stage during sleep. You can place the watch screen on sleep mode so it doesn't turn on during sleep, and the built in flash light incase you need to get up without disturbing your significant other.
