- Answer No the GTS doesn't track REM sleep only deep and light, however the GTS 2, 2e and 2 mini does and track REM, deep and light sleep and transfers detailed results to the Zepp App for your convenience

- Answer You will have to do 3 things : -On the Zepp App --> Profile --> GTS--> More--> Enable Emails--> turn on - Turn On Notifications for the Emails App on your Phone so the watch can mirror your Email Notifications - Then make sure your email notifications are set Show Previews to always when using an iPhone
