Hi Ernestina! To pair an Amazon remote pro, first insert the batteries and press the Home button. Next, navigate to Settings > Controllers & Bluetooth Devices > Amazon Fire TV Remotes > Add New Remote using an already paired remote or the Fire TV app. Finally, select your new remote from the list or hold the remote's Home button for about 10 seconds to initiate pairing mode.

Using the Fire TV App 
Install and open the Fire TV app on your mobile device.
Go to Settings on your Fire TV device via the app.
Select Controllers & Bluetooth Devices.
Choose Amazon Fire TV Remotes.
Select Add New Remote.
Select your new remote from the list that appears.

Using an Existing Remote
Insert new batteries into the new Alexa Voice Remote Pro. 
Press the Home button once on the new remote to put it into pairing mode. 
Navigate to Settings > Controllers & Bluetooth Devices > Amazon Fire TV Remotes on your Fire TV. 
Select the option to Add New Remote. 
Hold down the Home button on the new remote for about 10 seconds until you see a flashing light on the remote, indicating it's in pairing mode. 
Select the remote from the list on your TV screen to pair it
