“purchased this tablet on august 10, 2020. on march 5th, 2021, it would not come back on. tried holding down power button and volume. nothing works. can i return it for a replacement. thanks terry b”

Before restarting, charge your device for at least 30 minutes with an Amazon-branded power adapter. 2. Hold the power button down for 40 seconds or until your device shuts off. If a pop-up appears with the option to restart, keep holding down the power button until it shuts off. 3. After your device is powered off, press the power button for two seconds to turn it back on. I think you should return it but best buy have a time limit so send it back 2 Amazon with the warranty
