Hello, Rose. If you are talking about the password for the lock screen of your tablet, you will need to reset your tablet to get back into it. Once reset, you can sign back into your Amazon account and begin using the tablet again. If you had anything saved to the device, it will be lost with a reset, so I would suggest trying some different passwords before resetting. Anything tied to your Amazon account (books and Prime purchases) will not be lost with the reset. Here are directions to reset your device: 1. On the lock screen, swipe from the right side edge of the screen. 2. Enter an incorrect password or PIN five times. You will be prompted to reset your device or wait 30 seconds to try again. 3.
