Yes! It's easy to set up parental controls in SETTINGS! This is a great deal! Don't hesitate! I set the twins' up hooked to my Prime, so I am able to do whatever is needed, with my parental control password. It really just keeps them from downloading material, without your approval, whether it's financial or age specific.
