Probably just not receiving wireless signals properly. You can disable certain channels for wirlesss networking in your routers settings, google which channels the smart plug you are using accesses and disable your router from using those channels in the settings page. This should help!

Please try again later.Dependent on the Brand of The Smart Plug, some are operated through a cloud service, others use an "Onsite Bridge" The cloud served ones can be down due to the hosts servers being down for updates or an outage of any kind that has nothing to do with your internet service or wifi abilities. If you want them to stay on all the time... get something that uses a smart bridge instead. There's at least one mroe option that is a lot less common, but is Bluetooth controlled outlet. It is not part of the typical Smart Home Products... but does fall in there somewhere.
