will it work in Israel AND 220 VOLTS null

It will probably work with a converter as it does require an AC plug-in. I'm not sure if there is a 220 model nor have I checked to see if the voltage is switchable.

I don't think you have the ability to set your time zone/zip code to another country. I recently moved to Singapore, so when I ask what time it is, I have to specify that I want to know what time it currently is in Singapore. Don't know if that will change if/when Amazon starts doing business here. I have the Echo plugged in to the wall here with just a converter for the plug - no transformer needed (Singapore is also 220V). The Echo is dual voltage 110-240, so you don't have to worry about that.
