• Yes you can. You will definitely need to the Wifi connection and possibly a wall adaptor to plug into European outlets

• When traveling overseas, you must be careful about the current. The echo plug is set for 110, Europe is 220 and has a different plug. Also, it is a bit of a hassle to keep changing the wi fi input.
