Alexa Together is a new way to provide support for your loved ones, keeping you together even when you're apart. To get started you will need: One Alexa Together Subscription: $19.99/month plus tax after 6-month free trial. Cancel anytime. An Echo Device for the person receiving support: Alexa Together only requires the person receiving support to have at least one Echo device, while you — the supporting family member — only need the Alexa app installed on your mobile device. For the best experience, we recommend you both have devices such as an Echo Show 8 so that you can video chat too. Alexa Together includes activity alerts and an activity feed, so you can get an idea of what your loved one is doing with just a quick look at your phone. It keeps you in the loop and keeps them independent. Alexa Together includes a professionally staffed 24/7 Urgent Response team that your loved one can reach by saying, “Alexa, call for help.” Or, if a compatible device detects a fall, Alexa will ask if your loved one wants to connect to Urgent Response and alert you of the call. Hope that helps!
