Hello, Yes, you can listen to your Echo Auto at home! All you need to do is plug the device in to a USB wall adapter and off you go. The Echo Auto will work as a speaker and Bluetooth device so using your Alexa App, you can also pair it to most free standing Bluetooth Speakers. I hope this helps!
