Connect the DOT directly to the Denon with audio out/in cables and will work great.

There are a few other very affordable things you could do available from other vendors. Search the internet for a Bluetooth Transceiver and check their functions to see of they fit your system OK... There are some with barely any features... and some with a lot of features. Pricing at a very affordable 30 dollars or so.
