I have had good, OK, and bad experiences with BB over the years. There are several stores in my area and each has their own personality. They can be a bit annoying at times...almost like "car dealers", but most will leave you alone if you are browsing. You do need to do your own research before you go...most don't have the background/technical experience. One of the biggest reasons I go to BB is their price match and can touch/feel what I am buying. All I can say is if you don't like the service at one, try another.
