• Short answer, no. However you can create an amazon play list with the amazon prime music app and play your songs that way, assuming they are in amazons library.

• Echo Dot won't be able to work with your iTunes Library directly. What I had to do was download the "Amazon Music" application on my laptop and upload my music from my iTunes onto that application. After that I was able to play my iTunes Library with Alexa. Also, it will work with Sonos.

• I have a Sonos and the only way to connect is through at line in cable. And as far as I can see no iTunes yet.
