• I don't believe what you are asking is possible. You can "cast" certain audio to it, but I don't believe all audio. You may be able to with a third party app.

• you can connect it using bluetooth. You need to have bluetooth in your computer

• The Echo Dot has a 3.5mm Audio OUT which allows you to plug in headphones or a larger speaker system. This will not allow you to connect it to a computer for use as a speaker. Depending on your PC components you could potentially connect to the Dot using Bluetooth and stream your PC audio through the device that way.
