Yes. You would have to have your television plugged into the Echo Dot via AUX or via Bluetooth. Also, in the Alexa app, there is an option in settt to change your audio settings

Hello exreno! This all depends on if your TV has Bluetooth capability and can be connected to your Echo Dot. If it is capable and you have your TV "discoverable" (may be called something different in your TV's settings) then you can access this setting from your Alexa app on your smartphone by tapping Devices, then select the Echo Dot in your devices list, then tap Connect a device under Bluetooth Connections.
