Yes, Apple Music was recently added as an Alexa skill

Yes, there is now an Apple Music skill for Alexa that lets you listen to Apple Music with any Echo device. You may need iTunes installed on a device with the Alexa app also installed in order to get it all configured.

You can Bluetooth your phone to the speaker and then stream Apple Music to it that way. When it’s streaming you can tell Alexa to skip songs, but that’s about it. Alexa will not control Apple Music through voice commands.
