• Echo Dot is audio only so it shouldn't need much internet speed. You can try using a audio service like Google Podcast and see if it plays ok.

• Hello, Any speed connection. As long as the Echo is connected to wifi (an internet connection) then the Echo will work. No wifi (internet connection) = no working Echo.

• I don't know the minimum, but 5mbps is plenty. Just keep the device somewhere with a strong wifi signal.
