• Yes the Alexa can be used as an alarm clock timer calendar and a lot of other good features. You can also go in your settings to increase the volume as the alarm goes off. You can also set different sounds like mines is set for hotel Transylvania the from the movie. Download the Alexa app to your phone.

• Yes, just use the voice command: " Alexa set ( 6 am or another time set) alarm.." or you can do it through the alexa app
