• Yes it does, I gave it to my father who lives in Ecuador and it is working perfectly

• Hello Diana, the plug will work for 220V. Unfortunately the actual device may not work. Alexa Services are not available in all countries. You may want to check to make sure that the country you are taking it to will support Alexa Services.
