• Volts isnt what determines loudness of speaker. The size of speaker is what matters.

• With 10 being the loudest. For me that’s loud enough to have in my bedroom. And it a loud 10 with good quality and sound delivery

• Hi there! The Echo Dot is our smaller Echo devices, so it's going to be a bit limited on speaker size. If you're looking for an Echo with a higher volume range check out the Echo 4th Gen or the Echo Studio.
