    • Answer Hello JoJo, The Echo Show 10 will remain on for as long as your current device is on and if it fades off and you wish for it to remain on, you simply ask Alexa to show you the "backyard" or whatever you have named it, I hope this helps! Have a great day!

    • Answer Hello! As of right now, the Spectrum TV app is not available on the Echo Show 10. You can download the ESPN skill to get ESPN on the Echo Show as well as Prime Video, Netflix, HULU, YouTube, IMDb, Food Network, TikTok, ETC. You can link your video streaming services to your Alexa account to stream on your Echo Show devices. To get started, say "Go to video home" and select from the available video providers. Follow the on-screen prompts to log in with the account information for that provider. Then you can use your voice to play movies, videos, and TV shows from Prime Video and supported streaming services. Have a great day!

When you receive a Drop In, the light indicator on your Echo pulses green and you connect to your contact automatically. You can use Drop In to: 1. Have a two-way conversation by connecting to one of your Alexa-enabled devices (""drop in on Kitchen""). 2. Connect to a specific device group (""drop in on living room""). Only one Alexa-enabled device from the device group connects. 3. Have a group conversation with all supported Alexa-enabled devices under your Amazon household, which are not set to do not disturb. To start a group conversation ask Alexa to Drop In everywhere. All supported Alexa-enabled devices under your Amazon household account will connect regardless of their physical location. 4. They can open Skype, and Zoom, as well as they use the Alexa app to do the same type of communication with someone who has the app on their phone, or someone who has an Echo Show device.   • QuestionMay I get a black cord instead of a white one with the charcoal one?

    • Answer Hello Cindy! Thanks for your question regarding the power supply for the new Echo Show 10! The cord and adapter that come in the box for the charcoal model is in fact not black. It is light gray in color. You may, however, be able to look into universal power supply options that come with multiple tips and adjustable settings to replace the one that comes in the box if needed.
