Hello BobC, the Echo Show 10 does have quite a few more features than the Echo Show 8. The Show 10 is on a motorized swivel. This will allow the device to move to face the direction of your voice or keep you in view of the camera when on a video call. You can also use the Drop-In feature when you are not home and move the camera from your phone to keep an eye on your pets or just see the inside of your house for security.
