Just unplug the power adapter from the device or the outlet and then plug it back in. If that doesn't fix it try performing a hard reset. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Press and hold the Mute and Volume Down buttons until you see the Amazon logo (about 15 seconds). 2. When prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device. Hope this helps!
