Q: Which device has the best sound, the Echo 10 or 15 for playing music?
A: Just an opinion, the Echo 10 has better sound for music.
Q: Is this device a wall mount only or can it sit on countertop?
A: No you can do either mount it or put it on your counter you just have to purchase the mount for it and it's 29.99
Q: Is there any outlet/box available to hide the cord behind the show 15?
A: There are recessed outlets I have found, however, the problem is the power supply that they have provided because I can't find a power supply that can utilize a USB and give you enough power to plug into a recessed outlet so that you don't have the power cable showing
A: Hello, Bxgirl131! There are few differences between the two devices. Both devices have the same Alexa capabilities, but each one has a few things that set them apart. I'll break down some of the key features below: Echo Show 10: -Alexa can show you even more - With a 10.1" HD screen that’s designed to move with you, video calls, recipes, and shows are always in view. The speakers deliver premium, directional sound. -Stay in frame - Video call friends and family or take a picture while the 13MP camera with auto-framing and motion keeps you front and center. -Smart home made simple - Set up compatible Zigbee devices or smart products without a separate hub. Ask Alexa to show you security cameras, control lights, and adjust thermostats. Echo Show 15: -Alexa can show you even more – With a 15.6” Full HD (1080p) smart display and 5 MP camera, family organization and entertainment will look brilliant. You can choose portrait or landscape orientation. -At-a-glance organization – Use Alexa-powered widgets to keep the family on track with shared calendars, personal sticky notes, to-do lists, shopping lists, and assigned reminders. -Family members can create profiles and use visual ID and voice ID so Alexa can recognize who’s who and show the right information to the right person—like appointments, reminders, recently played music, and more. -Save your favorite compatible smart home devices to the home screen for easy access, and control them all on one central dashboard. Add a picture-in-picture live camera feed to your screen so you can do things like check the nursery cam while watching a show. -The Echo Show 15 can also be wall mounted instead of sitting on a counter or tabletop. I hope that information helped explain some of the differences between the two devices. Have a great day!
