Looks very nice on the wall and sounds good too!
We like our Amazon Echo show 15 so far. We use it as a command center for the household in our living room. It is hung up on the wall and we have loaded our artwork from the Happy Color App for a nice slide show. The on screen notepad shows everyone what is going on for the week at a glance. If I want the time, date or weather Alexa is there to answer those questions. I can ask for a favorite song, listen to local or national news or have a show from Netflix brought up while I am paying bills or doing housework in the area. The other great thing is that with the Alexa App we have integrated our lights, other Echo's and cameras so that we can drop in and talk to other family members like an intercom system and even when out of the home tune in to see if the dog is on the couch again. Shut off the lights from a different room if we forget. Very handy! I haven't had it long but already have other smaller Echo shows so it is used pretty much the same way with a few extra upgrades such as having a screen that can be set up with a few widgets for at a glance convenience. Presently we have it hung on the wall but for versatility I bought the Sanus tilt and swivel stand so we have options and want to change it up in the future.

Awesome addition to our Alexa system...
We have had quite a few shows, a 10, a 8 and two 5's. We love them, but I liked how this was bigger and so thin. Plus i had one of the 5's on my nightstand and it was just to small to see with my older eyes. Figured we could get the 15 to replace the 10 in the kitchen and I would get the 8 for my nightstand. Perfect solution, right? First impressions, this unit looks great. Love the look. It's like a fancy picture frame. As I said, it's so nice and thin. I picked up a under cabinet swivel mount and it is a great setup, it's up off the counter and it swivels around nicely. I have seen so many people complain about the sound, or they say lack of, but I think, what are you expecting? It's a thin picture frame type unit. and you expect it to thump or something? Too many people expecting way too much. That said, I actually think it sounds great for the thinness. Of course it's not outstanding, but I think it's much better than you'd think given it's format. Plus we will be using a portable speaker for the default sound, so it's not a problem for our house. I am very happy with this and very glad I bought it. Actually I liked it so much I just bought another one to mount by our sink so we have something to watch while doing dishes. As long as you are not over-expecting incredible sound, if you have reasonable expectations, would Gladly recommend!

Our new family central console
We upgraded from Echo Show 5 to 15 when it was on sale at Best Buy and couldn’t be happier. I have it mounted on kitchen wall with wire hidden inside. The look is super clean. My wife is happy our family calendar is on constant display. Kids love that they can play their favorite music with better sound and bigger display. I love it showing family photos, so much memories. We use mostly Apple products. I’m able to link calendars easily from iPhone. Linking Apple Music is easy too although I haven’t figured out how to link individual profiles now it can recognize by voice and face.
