You can if you have Direct TV subscription and have Amazon TV remote with a button that says Direct TV Also, Fire TV is build in.

Hi there! While the Echo Show 15 cannot be directly connected to a cable box or antenna, the new Fire TV functionality gives you access to a wide variety of apps. I would check and see if your cable provider offers a streaming app, usually I just search "*name of provider* fire tv app" and they'll have a page set up showing you what's available and how to get signed in.
