Yes. I gave my daughter an Echo Show (1st gen), and she video chats on our Echo Show (2nd gen) seamlessly. Just make a contact list on the Echo show. After that, tell it to call...”Bob”. If Bob is in your contacts it will ask if you want to call their phone, or their Echo device. Tell it their Echo device, and Bingo! Enjoy!
