You can toggle the camera on for a live view using the Alexa app and chat with whom ever is in front of it. We use it so the kids can say hi to our cats when we go on vacation.

You also can manually select what photos are displayed. To set your personal photos as a background, use your Echo Show 5 device's on-screen settings. Follow these steps to change the background: 1. Say, ""Go to settings,"" or swipe down from the top of screen and select Settings. 2. Select Home & Clock, and then Clock. 3. Select Personal Photos. 4.
