“Does this come with an Alexa?”

• No. I felt hoodwinked, because I thought I was ordering an Alexa (the description really made it sound that way), not a stand. On top of that, BB wouldn't answer you themselves when you asked if it included an Alexa.

• lol, Alexa is included. You can change name device responses to. I programmed mine to respond to Echo

• It is an Alexa with the added benefit of video. During the setup you connect it to your network and assuming you are using the Alexa app on your phone, you identify it and it is controlled by the Alexa software. I use it as a camera to monitor a room, to talk "face to face" over the phone (you have to allow it to use your contacts list on your iPhone), play music and watch videos and shows on the Prime Network. I have not tried other networks such as Netflix.
