Since this is a kids device, you will have to remove the kids settings first. See below for steps to turn "Amazon Kids" off using the Alexa App: Open the Alexa app. Select "Devices". Select "Echo & Alexa", then select your Echo Show 5. Select the settings icon, then select "Amazon Kids". This is where you'll see the option to turn "Amazon Kids" off.
