Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi JTR70! As far as I am aware both generations of Echo Show should work just fine with compatible Wyze cameras. From looking on Wyze's website, it appears that they only support streaming to Alexa via the Wyze Cam (v2) and the Wyze Cam Pan. If you are using a different camera, it likely will not work even with the newer generation device. If you're using a compatible camera, I would try to disable and re-enable the Wyze skill before buying a new device. To do so: Open the Alexa app. Open More and select Skills & Games. Search for the Alexa skill you want to turn off, in this case Wyze. Select Disable Skill, this delete your Wyze devices and log you out of the Wyze account. Now select Enable Skill, and log back in with your Wyze account. You may need to give Alexa a moment to rediscover your cameras. Hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
