Download the Amazon photo app on your phone and you can add and delete pictures to your echo show
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check for updates first, if that doesn’t work I would reboot it by unplugging it for thirty seconds directly from the back. Plug it back in, check your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings. If it updated you might have to check the permissions and allow it to access your photos again. I have it linked to my Amazon photos.

I will share the most common ways to help you resolve your issue. Option 1 (Recommended) Displaying Photos on your Echo Show Device using Amazon Photos 1. Download the Amazon Photos application available for all device platforms. 2. Sign into your Amazon account that you use for your Alexa devices. **Note you are given 5GB of free storage and are not required to purchase storage plans to use Amazon Photos for displaying your images on Echo Show devices** 3. Once you are signed into the Amazon Photos application tap the "..." three dots icon at the bottom of your screen followed by "Select photos and videos to upload." 4. Allow access to your photos if needed and proceed to select all the images you would like to upload. 5. (OPTIONAL) Sort your photos into various albums. This allows you to easily switch photo album onto your Echo Show device when you want to change the images you are seeing without needing to go through selections each time. 6. Once you have uploaded photos and/or made a few albums navigate into your mobile "Alexa" application. Option 2: Alexa App 1.Tap on the "Devices" icon at the bottom of your screen. 2. Tap "Echo & Alexa found at the top left. 3. Find the Echo Show 8 that you would like the photos to display upon and select it. 4. You will have the option to display curated daily memories from your Amazon Photos in "Photo Display" section or tap on "See all options." 5. To select an album you have created tap on "More collections." 6. Select the album(s) you would like your Echo Show 8 device to display." Note: There are many other options you are able to explore for photo display on Echo Show devices found in "See all options" that you can explore. Alexa App: 1.Tap on the "Devices" icon at the bottom of your screen. 2. Tap "Echo & Alexa found at the top left. 3. Find the Echo Show 8 that you would like the photos to display upon. 4. Scroll down to view the option "Photo Display" and tap on "Manually select my photos." 5. From here you must allow access to your photo albums to select the photos you would like your Echo Show 8 to display. The photos you select will upload to the Amazon Photos cloud service for your device to receive.
