Yes you are able to connect your Bluetooth headphones to it via swiping down from the top > tapping Settings > tapping Bluetooth. Then just have your headphones in paring mode and discoverable and follow the on screen prompts to connect. As for the sound quality being subjective and dependent on a number of things in your bedroom and such, that's not really an easy question to answer. I can state that it has premium sound in comparison to our lower end line up due to having larger speakers as well as an Equalizer setting that can be accessed via swiping down and tapping Settings and then Sounds.
