Lcoomy, when I lose my sound it is for two reasons. The first is a spotty WiFi connection which I am trying to fix. The second happens when a family member is using our shared Amazon Music account or another shared music service. To fix the latter would require paying more which I do not want to do. If it is just yourself, try resetting the password in case someone is using your account. If those aren't your case, get Amazon to replace your Echo Studio as we are in the first year of production and bad ones do happen.

Sometimes if you have it cutting in and out it is due to Wifi connections, but its hard to tell from just that statement. I would suggest contacting Amazons Customer Service via their website to help troubleshoot their device.
