“I just got this and it sounds great when playing music from the internet. But when I hook it up to my TV using bluetooth or an aux cable, the sound is awful. I'm about to return it because it sounds that bad. Is there a setting that I'm missing?”

I don’t know if you have a Amazon fire stick but it works perfect with that with connecting to sound to Bluetooth works fine for me and it’s over the Wi-Fi that makes it unique
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like your WiFi is getting messed up which would deteriorate the sound. You can’t use Bluetooth for the tv it must be WiFi. Try WiFi outside make sure the signal is great. They are extremely WiFi sensitive
