The Echo Studio supports 3.5mm/mini-TOSLINK (optical) connections, so as long as you have a way to connect your TV to it that way you can use it with the Echo Studio. Additionally, if your TV has Alexa built in you should be able to create an Alexa Home Theatre group using the Alexa app once you've set up the studio. Finally, if you are using a Fire TV device to access streaming content, you can easily set up an Alexa Home Theatre group with that device and the Studio. An Alexa Home Theatre actually allows you to pair two compatible devices together, allowing you to use two Studios together. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
