• Yes you can pair to it via bluetooth to all of them or better yet using the Alexa app for iPad and iPhone you can set up the speaker to play Apple Music or Spotify.

• You can use Apple Music with Amazon Alexa. As well, you can play to this from the iPhone and iPad. I'm not sure what you are sending from the Apple TV to the speaker, but it will need at least Cast capabilities to work with the speaker.
