QuestionIs there a remote control for this yet? Mine is a year old and it wasn’t available then. I have remotes for other echoes. The sound is great and you play it loud. It’s hard to yell commands.

QuestionI loose sound with my Amazon studio on a daily bases, what can I do to fix this?

- Answer Lcoomy, when I lose my sound it is for two reasons. The first is a spotty WiFi connection which I am trying to fix. The second happens when a family member is using our shared Amazon Music account or another shared music service. To fix the latter would require paying more which I do not want to do. If it is just yourself, try resetting the password in case someone is using your account. If those aren't your case, get Amazon to replace your Echo Studio as we are in the first year of production and bad ones do happen.

- Answer Hello, This can be paired as a speaker group for a home theater feature for the Fire TV Products, but I can not confirm whether Apple will allow it with their Apple TV. That would be a question for them or to try since they have their own restriction on their platform. Good Luck, I hope you can get working what you are asking for.

QuestionI just got this and it sounds great when playing music from the internet. But when I hook it up to my TV using bluetooth or an aux cable, the sound is awful. I'm about to return it because it sounds that bad. Is there a setting that I'm missing?

- Answer I don’t know if you have a Amazon fire stick but it works perfect with that with connecting to sound to Bluetooth works fine for me and it’s over the Wi-Fi that makes it unique

- Answer Hello! Yes, you can use this in Europe if set up properly when first started up. Some things like digital downloads and movies will need you to ensure you make your home address in your Amazon settings show that you are in the UK, as well as the setting when you set up the tablet. But overall, as long as you have the correct adapter to charge, and you have Wifi, you will be able to operate.

- Answer While it may not have it's own automatic shutoff, you don't have to unplug it to remove power as written by someone else. You could connect any number of smart plugs that could be used to turn power on/off either by app, voice, or using a schedule.

- Answer Absolutely. It is a big step up in sound and setup is easy through the Alexa app. Definitely a bigger footprint On the table though so measure it and get prepared. Not huge, but a noticable difference.

- Answer This is a powered speaker that has a 100% improvement over a normal alexa device and has the ability to stream 3d music. Not sure what kind of speaker you have to be able accurately answer your question on that part

- Answer I wish! I've had the echo sub since launch and they haven't added any additional colors. That's easy to hide behind the couch but my echo studio sits under a white motorized projector screen on a white wall. So it stands out but the sound is worth it!
