In a way, yes. You can disable the microphones on each using the button on the top of the Echo Studio and then queue up your music using the Amazon Alexa app on your mobile device. This doesn't stop somebody from pressing the same button and re-enabling the mic, but if they're out of reach, it will do nicely.

For this to work, you would need to be sure you set up your music source as the connection to it (for example a receiver or computer or whatever source you use) and then have the Alexa mute buttons on. It would prevent anyone from triggering the Alexa wake word to put in a request and give you full control over whatever your music source is only.
