I had the eco for 1st gen I think it was and it worked a whole lot better than this. Is find something else.

For comparison, the Echo Dot 5th Gen has a single 1.73" front firing speaker, while the Echo Studio features three 2.0" mid-range speakers, a 30mm tweeter, and a 5.3" woofer. Another thing I love about the Echo Studio is the automatic room adaptation. Since the Echo Studio has microphones built in, it can adapt to where it's set up in a room and will automatically adjust itself to deliver the best room filling sound it can.
