my tablet s frozen how can i unfreeze it null

Hi Jay, You can first try power cycling your Fire 7 Tablet by holding down the power button and waiting 40 seconds until the screen goes black. The tablet will restart and it should unfreeze! If that does not work, try plugging your tablet into an outlet and while your device is powered off, press the power button for two seconds to turn it back on! Hope that helps!
