I would not recommend this tablet, because it really is a small screen. It lacks features for making calls. It discharges easily.

If you want it to take pictures or hold photos/electronic documents - you could easily upload files to it through memory cards or other equipment. The camera is not the highest quality, but it does take photos. If you are trying to use it for online purposes, that would not work without an internet connection (WIFI).
