• Yes but without Disney+.. Amazon's FreeTime Apps & Games can run without any issue from any country but you need to associate it with an Amazon account that has an address within the USA (doesn't has to be a true address). In the other hand, Disney+ and other Video services can't run outside USA (even if you have an Amazon account with USA address). As a workaround you can use a fast VPN service on your home wifi router. You can also install a VPN app in the Fire tablet but it might drain the battery.
