• We found after you download the games you don't have to be connected to play them. We put pbs kids on there but you have to download each game you want to play while online. But they play fine after that without internet.

• No, only for the web and youtube for kids

• It would depend on the game whether an internet connection is needed. However, most games do not require an internet connection.
