Hello Grace, you want to know if the Amazon Fire 7 Kids Pro will suffice for an 84 year old person, if they will be able to download games, use the internet and purchase more storage if need to. The Amazon Fire Kids Pro 7" will suffice for an 84 year old, they will also be able to download game and use the internet while on Wi-Fi.
