• You can change it to a different language. There's a lot to choose from, at least 30. That is the first thing it asks when you turn on the tablet, what language you want it to be in.

• Hi Vane, You can change the language setting when setting up the tablet. Then, if the app creators made apps in that compatible language, then they will appear that way as well. Its hard to say a blanket yes. I hope this information helps. Have a good day.
