“How do I access the controls when using Zoom on Amazon Fire tablet. I can hear and see others but they can’t hear me. I can’t find controls to see what may be turned off.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi There, On the Zoom app, you look to the left corner looking at the screen. Hover over the Host ID (person primarily speaking will appear). Click on the name or number, and then proceed to see each control. You can hit leave to leave the meeting in the top right of the screen. Mute is on the bottom left, stop video is next to it followed by share. If you hit share, you will take over the entire meeting so be cautious. Participants is next, and the more screen shows new features. If you hit the stop video button, your video will disappear and so will the controls. You will then see three dots, and you can utilize these by tapping and swiping right or left. The number of dots depends on how many people are in the meeting. Hope that helps!
